We use Royal Mail for the delivery of our Biltong Boxes with delivery timelines being 2 to 3 days from dispatch of your Biltong Box order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the product.

Whole sticks of Biltong can be hung, in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Never store in a sealed container, as it will release moisture and form mould. If vacuum packed remove from packaging once received, or freeze for another day. If not consumed after opening, store preferably hung in a cool, dry environment, but consume within 3 days of opening.
