SLOW BRAAI JACOBS LADDER


Serves 2 to 3 People per kg


Cooking method:


- Peel off the layer of sinew under the ribs.


- Season with Salt and pepper.


- Place in a kamado BBQ or Weber at a low temperature (110 DegC) for 4 hours.


- Wrap in tin Foil and cook for a further 1 hour. Rest for 10 mins.
